MC Ocean Holding, which sells a variety of food and cosmetics, is urging those who see white flags in front of people’s homes to contact the company’s representatives across the country.

While it made no mention of the assistance provided, a post on their social media accounts said the representatives would do their best to help out:

We are here to help. If you see anyone raising a white flag in front of their home in Kuala Lumpur, Kota Bharu, Johor Bahru, Penang, Kuala Terengganu and Kuching, please contact our company representative. We will do our best to help out.
