Hanya’s Food Bank Claimed

Hanya has set up a food bank in a petrol station here in Kedah. A place that’s dear to me and many of you. With every RM50 box you purchase, Hanya will match another box to contribute to the food bank, 100% of proceeds will go to the foodbank. We have also decided to include our white embroidered face mask to your food bank orders in solidarity of the #whiteflagmovement.

I wish I can help everyone. Reality is, I can’t. But I can try. This is just Phase 1 in our roll out. With your help, kindness and generosity, we will be rolling out Phase 2 to help the more rural areas of Kedah.

Lately, in regards to all that is happening around us, I’m sure like a lot of people, an overwhelming sense of guilt has made me feel so restless and helpless. I saw a clip of a mother feeding rice water to her baby, that’s when I know I couldn’t just stand by and not do anything. It took me some time to pool my resources but finally we are ready to do our small part, to hopefully help the people in our community here in Kedah.
